"Goldfish Salvation" by Riusuke Fukahori shows his use of acrylic to create 3-D to create realistic models of goldfish. His attention to detail with using a spoon/ladle further really brings a lifelike effect. Amazing - love the song as well This exhibit was displayed at the ICN Gallery in London
Coca-cola is celebrating its 125th anniversary with an iPad app. The app provides a visual history of the company (Furthering my desire for an iPad). I wonder who is Coke's marketing company... A+ job
Lego version of the famous Situation Room about Osama. Two things I notice:
- Obama looks like an Indian man with alot of hair
- Hilary is the only woman. The brunette lady in the back is missing.

Read a great interview with the designers who are doing/did the brand refresh for Chiquita bananas. These stickers (which I want to collect all of) make me want to become brand loyal to a banana company
"Many times as designers we are tasked to help brands build or rebuild their identities. We may initially think that a clean slate is required to achieve a better identity, and in some cases that can be true if the existing brand identity has little to no value. But in most cases, there is always something that can be built on, discovered, or championed with any brand. It really just requires spending as much time as you can with the product, immersing yourself in it. Like method designing, you just have to live it and the work will flow through you."
